Shipping and Returns

Please review our shipping ,returns and cancellation policy:

  • All order will be processed within 3 business days of receiving payment.(exclude holiday and weekends).
  • Once processed, all domestic (orders Peru and South America ) are shipped via  regular post service. Estimated delivery time:  5 to15 business days from process date.
  • All international order from North America  are shipped via regular post service. Estimated delivery time: 5 to 15 business days from process date and shipped via Priority Mail Service.
  • Europe - Australia- South Korea - England orders are shipped via Regular Mail from United states, order more than 4 lb will be shipped by priority mail. Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days from process date.
  • For your peace of mind, faster service, and in order to provide a tracking number, for all International orders shipped via Express International shipping. Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days from process date.
  • Liability on delivery time is  the courier  responsibility . We do not responsible for delays when your items is on transit .
  • We dont NOT REFUND MONEY FOR DELAY CAUSED FROM THIRD PARTY. WE WILL RE SEND IT OR GIVE YOU A CREDIT STORE.
  • We use a EMS express email from ALL ORDER SENT FROM LIMA TO ANY COUNTRIES. IF WE HAVE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE AT OUR WAREHOUSE IN NEW YORK ORDER WILL BE SEND FROM USA AND DELIVERY WILL BE FASTER.
  • All orders contained the correct custom documentation and other descriptions but it is possible that some countries required additional  information from the clients at custom in order to clear the shipment . In this case the client is responsible to provide any documentation or payment at custom.We don't refund MONEY IF ORDER IS STOP IN CUSTOM but we will resend the order or give you a credit store.
  • If the order is ignore or refuse by the customer , the post office would wait 5 days until they send back the order to our office. We don't resend the order again and the customer must order again.
  • Customer are responsible to inquiry about prohibited products on their country before place an order.If order is reject , held on customs for any restriction we don't refund or resend orders.
  • If your order was delivered and it  does not match with what you Asked . we will resend your order again without any cost .
  • Our company don't take any responsibility for for delays , stolen , damaged items while your order is on transit . Liability for delivery time is responsibility of the Peruvian courier and/or your local courier.
  • Returns apply within 5 days after delivery please contact us and inform about it.
  • Returns should be send by mail to our office in Lima Peru. when we got your items we process to refund your money .
  • Customer must have a proof of delivery and inform us by email. 
  • if the refund is needed , please we aware that it takes 10-15 days from Visa Peru, we do the paper work for the refund but visa Peru are the main third party that issue the refund.
